"Touch" reached a turning point in its first season last Thursday night, as one character -Arthur Teller (Danny Glover) - was lost, and another -Clea Hopkins (Gugu Mbatha-Raw) -found herself more invested than ever in finding out more about the strange goings-on that now surround her. So this coming Thursday's episode promises to be an interesting one, as the mystery surrounding Jake Bohm (David Mazouz) deepens even further.

Compounding the trouble is Jake's aunt (Catherine Dent), who initiates a custody battle to try and pry Jake away from his father, Martin Bohm (Kiefer Sutherland). Sutherland and Mbatha-Raw talked to Fox All Access producer Jeff Axelrod about the new shifts in the series' storyline. All-new episodes of "Touch" air Thursday nights at 9/8c on Fox.

Michael C. Hall talks about the sixth season of 'Dexter'

Dexter Morgan has a double life: by day is a charming forensic, and at night, a psychopath with a peculiar ethical code that cleans the streets of Miami for the worst murderers.

Faith plays a big role this season.

Yes, and the audience sees some of the negative manifestations of the religious condition.

In whom was inspired to develop the character?

I saw documentaries about real psychopaths, interview transcripts and heard read several books on the FBI to understand their minds. But above all, I tried to use their imagination to avoid copying the behavior of a particular murderer.

If you look back cast forth, what was the biggest challenge?

Manage a character that has evolved so much. When started the first season, Dexter never thought I would marry and have children. Keeping the truth of character is the most exciting, I am thankful to be so.

To create a Dexter read books and listened to FBI interviews with psychopaths

At first he teased ...

Yes, he explained that he played a murderer in the background was good. Dexter is governed by a code that makes you kill only the bad.

Is that why you like him?

We all have secrets and a dark side. Dexter has a larger than most, but even so the audience can understand.

From working in a funeral home in Six Feet Under became a psychopath Dexter. Would you like to have killed around?

Actually that is the goal (laughs). I think life and death issues are fundamental. I am grateful to have worked with this material in one form or another talks about how being a person. But yes, I like to do a comedy in which nobody died.

Black humor has been a constant in his career.

It is a type of humor that I will. Dexter has always given me the opportunity to laugh.

The series has been renewed for two more seasons. How long will the character?

Well, the seventh and the eighth would be the last seasons. Sometimes I feel tired, dark, confused ... but I imagine it is something that happens to own Dexter.

Are you afraid that you have been typecast?

Rather than alert'm worried (laughs). It is inevitable that I relate to Dexter, and I happened to Six Feet Under.
